Ricky William, Jr. is a running back of American football for the Baltimore Ravens. He just signed the contract with the Baltimore Ravens in the tough decision. Before Williams decided to be a member of Ravens, he was given an opportunity to be a member of the Detroit Lions. On radio station of Florida , 560-WQAM, Ricky William told the interviewer that he talked to coordinator of Lions, Scott Linehan, in the morning but William finally decided to sign with the Ravens because of a Super Bowl appearance.

Last year, William had an experience of playing the Lions. The coordinator of the Lions, Scott came to him and gave an opportunity to get into a new team in case he wanted to a new home. To get William’s attention, Scott also told William that he would get 15 to 20 carriers a game if he was a member of the Detroit Lions. It was a dilemma for Ricky William to choose either the Baltimore Ravens or the Detroit Lions. In addition, the Baltimore are an established team as well as a winning organization, while the Lions are a number 2 running back in the market.

Finally, Williams had a decision to sign a two-year contract, and its worth was up to $4 million. Specifically, Williams had experience playing in both teams, the Baltimore and the Lions. Plus, he loved the way that his offenses of the Ravens ran the ball, and it was funny. Under circumstances of UFL rules, Scott Linehan would have no chance to negotiate with Williams for joining the Lions last year when Ricky Williams was under controlled of the Dolphins.
