On Thursday, the White House said that the Labor day of President Barack Obama will be opened publicly in Detroit and it will have entertainment of Aretha Franklin and the theatre of Mosaic Youth. According to the statement of the White House, Obama will visit the workers and families of theirs in order to have a simple discussion about his Bipartisan efforts to improve job’s qualities and opportunities in the country.
The trip of Obama will take only two hours to Michigan . The second trip of Obama to Detroit will be opened publicly. There will be many presences of the congress’ members including Sandy Levin, John Dingell, Carl Levin and many more. Labor secretary, Hilda Solis will accompany president Obama. The turnaround of the domestic U.S. auto industry will be touted by Mr. Obama who speaks from parking lot of a General Motors Co. The Treasury Department, which is a part of a bailout of $49.5 billion, still owns 26.5 percent of General Motors Co. On 2008 Labor Day, president Obama had a speech to tens thousands people in Detroit when he was an Illinois senator.
In 2011 Labor Day, the song “Chain of Fools” will be sung by Franklin . However, the presence of Obama is not really certain if there is any urgent situation. Anyway, the Mosaic Youth Theatre has been donated by Obama and his wife, Michelle Obama, in amount of $15,000. Specifically, the theatre owner is Rick Sperling who is brother of Gene Sperling, director of White House National Economic Council. On the Labor day of 2011, there will be a great day with presences of President Obama and congress members.
