According to the news sources from southern California on Sunday, the 13th of November, 2011 at 9.35 pm, Oakland cops mentioned that a man, who was shot dead on Thursday nearby the Civic Center, had been talking at the Occupy Movement’s Encampment, as had a suspect in the murdering.
A lot of campers, whose tents currently are at the plaza of City Hall, have mentioned that they were not convinced that the firing was involved in Occupy Oakland and said that the capital was utilizing that incident as additional justification for razing that encampment.
Cops have issued 3 eviction orders for camped people since Friday, expressing that the campers are breaking laws which ban open fires, and camping all night long within public parks as well as the propane use, amidst other activities. The recent desist and cease order was released to the campers on Sunday.
Within news released on Sunday evening, cops said the coroner’s office of Alameda County has asserted the man, who has been shortly shot prior to Thursday at 5 pm, is Kayode Olga Foster in 25. Owing to the release, Foster’s family stressed to the cop investigators that “recently Foster had been dwelling in the Frank Ogawa plaza.”
Based on police, witnesses mentioned that the suspect was a resident who stayed in the camping site for a few days prior to shooting. The second suspect is being discovered, too.
