The Red Cross in South Korea published on August 31 that they are planning to raise 10,000 million vaunts ($8, 3 million) to help the victims in North Korea which is influenced try flood.

Seoul cut off the fund to Pchung Yang May, 2010 after acknowledged that Pchung Yang involved with the cases in Junan in South Korea which was happened on March 26, 2010 and Killed 46 marine armies. But Pchung Yang refused and claimed that they were the victims not the one who made this happen.

South Korea and North Korea are almost begin the war because of these thing happened.

Since the case happened, South Korea has cut off the relation hip with North Korea including the fund which is going to help them.
